Went in for a covid test and have to wait 2 and a half hours for a 10 minute covid test on a non busy day with only two people ahead of me. Highly do not recommend this place at all! They don’t care to waste your time and when you ask what’s taking so long you get a smart remark.

been waiting for almost an hour for a simple pre-employment drug test. Slowest place I have ever been too. don't come here unless you plan on staying all day.

The people were friendly and professional. However, I made the appointment online and filled out all the registration papers online. Showed up at 1:45 for my 2 appointment and didn’t get called back to see the doctor until 3:40. Finally left the facility at 4:10. I can’t even imagine the wait I would have had if I hadn’t of done all the paperwork ahead of time! There were only three people a head of me when I got there!

I made an appointment for a work form and a TB test after sitting for over an 1.5 the customer service is AWFUL.

We checked in online and have been waiting nearly two hours and still haven't seen the doctor. Urgent Care is not what we are receiving
I took my son because I thought he had an ear infection (14 yrs old and he doesn't tell me until now) and of course it's 5:45 and the Dr office is closed. We walk in and there are 3 people in the waiting room. She gives me an iPad and I fill it out and hand it back to her by 6pm. About 10 mins later people start filing in and the waiting room is full now but all after me. Giving a two is a stretch for me!!! I have been here for over an hour with my 5 yo, there was only one other person here and they have been gone and all the staff is standing in the hallway outside our room gabbing!!! The only reason they get a two is because they are nice people just not very respectful or considerate of people’s time!!! These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE.
