I got dropped off by my wife at this center at 3:40pm today and she left to run an errand.I walked in ask if I could be seen due to my ear hurting and the employee told me no bc they had 5 patients in the back and they were going to be closing in 20 minutes. What medical center turns away those requiring medical attention. I dropped my wife off at this center at 3:40pm on Sunday while I parked the car. They told her they were closing in 20 minutes and could not see her. As I walked up to the front door, she came outside to tell me this and as we were talking literally 15 feet from the door, an employee came and locked the door! What medical center turns away those requiring medical attention?! EVERY EMPLOYEE HERE SHOULD BE FIRED! What a joke.
These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. Took 1 hr for drug screen. I'm normally not one to complain either
waited an hour to find out you cant diag abdominal pain and we needed to go the the hospital, why not tell us in advance instead of wasting my copay and time
