I’m a nurse who was exposed to Covid. I was looking for a place that does nasopharyngeal testing.(not self testing)...I looked all over. I was met with a snotty condescending receptionist at heritage urgent care...the receptionist @Fastmed was kind, pleasant, informative, efficient! A++ for customer care. The nurse or nurse assistant and P.A. were also A++. Highly recommend this urgent care for your Covid needs...and whatever ailment you may have.

The facility was clean and welcoming. The front desk administrator Dawn was kind and helpful. Tanika, my nurse was gracious and informative. In a time where people are fearful, and these women and this facility provided a warm and comfortable experience and truly exemplified human kindness. We need more of these people and experiences in our lives. Especially when it comes to healthcare. Thank you.

Tanika treated me very well, a staff member that I believe that should be given more recognition. Given good care toward me, and was all out a nice person, I recommend she really does get the promotion that she deserves and hopefully arises within the company, she is someone the high command should have their eyes on. Everyone there not just her we’re nice and very welcoming, I really liked it there and it made me feel comfortable, thank you.
