RecommendedOver two years ago when the Trump virus was going around, I went to another clinic because of my yearly sinus infection. The doctor said my symptoms sounded like The flu I said no it sounded like a sinus infection I’ve had over 50 of them. He refused to do any treatment and said go see my family doctor if I’m not better in one week and two weeks I was still sick. Don't have a sign saying walk-in welcome. That's false advertising. Plus, I stood in front of the 2 receptionists for a full 2 of 3 minutes before they even made eye contact or acknowledged me. I work in health care and always acknowledge the patient even if I have to say it will be a minute before I can help them.
FastMed Urgent Care- the sign says "walk ins welcome"....walk in with my son, 'sorry, you don't have an appointment, please go to Convenient Care'....no problem....I'll continue to go there from here on out......that's a huge 1 ⭐️ rating from me.....only cause I can't give a no star rating....since when is an urgent care treated like a doctor office with appointments?! The only walk ins are drug testing....Convenient Care- 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️...in and out, 29 minutes- ear infection....drive the extra couple miles people!
My family and I went there on 12/22/20 for a covid test.. Service at the office was excellent but the billing department is terrible.. They submitted our claims twice and over charged us.. I was told before we ever walked in the door the visit would be $250 when I received my husbands first EOB they charged him $616. His second claim was charged $443..
