I made an online/check in appointment this morning for my son. We get there and the parking lot is full. People standing outside. The door is locked. Nobody is there at 8:00....8:15... 8:30... 8:45.... Door is still locked. Nobody there. We go to the ER. The ER for EMERGENCIES! Not the flu, which he has. How unprofessional!
These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. Went to fast med this morning. I have insurance and copay money in hand. That wasn't good enough. They wanted a credit card or $180.00 in cash to "hold".
I went in December 2016 with what I thought was strep throat. the lady who checked me in was very nice. the assistant who took me back, checked my bp and temperature was also very nice. the doctor was an older gentleman. before even coming in to examine my throat, I heard him telling the assistant that he just received an email stating that like 95% of sore throat is not strep. he comes in, halfway looks in my throat, says I don't believe it's strep, just continue taking the otc medicine you are already taking. he ended up w... read more
