had to come here twice to do drug screen because of no response to my employer
I would improve everything! Went in for an allergic reaction, was told to make an appointment even though the word "urgent" is clearly plastered on the building and the door says "no appointment necessary ". This is dumb!! Get your crap together "Urgent" Care!
Literally called they said come in, I come right before closing she said no more patients. Front desk lady rude, like I drove 45 mins and said I would be there right before closing . Rude af.
went there at 8am one person in the lobby but I think she worked there. I was tod there not taking any walk-in and their full booked for the day. I was the fifth car in the parking lot.
Went to FastMed Saturday about an ear ache. I was told there was a 3 hour wait, but they could schedule an appointment at 10am Sunday. It wasn't urgent so I said okay. I showed up today at 10am, and was told it would be an hour and a half wait. I said I had an appointment. They said they really aren't appointments??? I will schedule an appointment with my regular doctor on Monday.

need more help. it takes over an hour to be seen even if you have an appointment.
I’m beyond words, I took my 2 year old son to FastMed around 7:40pm, I realize this was just before closing but the parking lot was nearly empty and the open sign was on. Several women were behind the counter and told me they weren’t taking walk-ins due to Covid. They told me I had to go online and a schedule an appointment… for an urgent care. I asked if I went online immediately and scheduled if they would be able to see my son. They said no. Due to Covid. The waiting room was completely empty. There was no danger to any... read more
The male working at the facility didn't seem to care at all about how we were doing. It's very hard to bring a 3-year-old into an urgent care and when I dared ask a question (after waiting 1.5 hours past our wait time) he was very sarcastic and rude. The rest of the staff were very accommodating, but unfortunately we left without care.
