RecommendedWent there on Sat.(today) at 1:00pm. Not seen for 65 minutes. Then PA spent all of 1-1/2 minutes checking my poison ivy. Ordered prescription for steroids but instead of READING my chart where I stated Walgreen was pharmacy, or CHECKING printout where I VERIFIED Walgreen as pharmacy or LISTENING when I confirmed to PA that Walgreen on Village Rd was my pharmacy they sent the prescription to Walmart. Stood inform of desk having asthma attack and denied medical treatment. I lost my wallet and id last week.
These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. Awful wait time! This is not fast led all. Should of gone to the hospital it would of been fast
Awful experience. I was there with my daughter yesterday. It all began with a really patronizing response from Garon, PA-C when I called with a question about FastMed's online check-in process. The experience was even more ridiculous when the PA-C had the audacity to apologize to me for the fact that he was out at the charting area loudly and inappropriately complaining about the "state of healthcare" today. It was horrible to tell you the truth I will never be back! First of all the wait was crazy! Once I did get to the back and the doctor came in I told him I thought I had an infection in my stitches I'm no doctor but when he took his tool's and started to remove them he put me in tears! I was screaming begging him to stop it hurt so bad no he keeps ripping them out!
