Been here for a hour and no one here? The lady I talked to yesterday said that they would be open and boom they’re not. Not to happy at all.
RecommendedScheduled an online visit with no problem but when I arrived at the scheduled time I was told there was no provider available to see patients. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. This is no way to run a business, especially in a small town where options are limited. There should be a system in place for when a provider is out sick. Do better!
I have never in MY LIFE been so disrespected by a doctor . I had to get my child from school today because she was complaining of her ear that she said started just after she had lunch at school . I thought maybe just an ache not too serious so I went on back to work . Prior to that she had an ear infection in the other ear 2 weeks before . Well she was in tears so my dad dropped her back off at my job & I headed straight to doctor with her . Very rude nurse. Unprofessional staff. Will not be back.
I specifically told them(twice) I wanted a flu test when I was checking in. It wasn't until after I was being seen that I was told they were out of flu test. Now they are trying to justify keeping my money.
My husband just left this office. My family will never go here again. He was throwing up and had a fever. He signed in and saw the nurse. It wasn’t until after the doctor came in that he was told the clinic was out of flu tests...they claim they didn’t know he wanted to be tested for the flu. What did they think he was there for? Told him to see his regular doctor? It is Sunday and tomorrow is a holiday. Refused to give him back his money. And would not prescribe tamaflu as a precaution. Total waste of time and money! I took my son in to have his foot and ankle checked out because he had some swelling and didn't want him to have to wait until after new years to go to his regular doctor. It was 7 pm when we got there on friday and because there were three other people waiting to be seen the receptionist told him that he couldn't be seen. It doesn't say on the door or the website that if you arrive at 7pm that you might not get to see anyone. I wanted to try to avoid taking him to the E.R. but now that's our only other option.
