These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. We are the only ones here and we've been waiting 30 mins... worst ever!! And when we first checked in, the front desk lady asked why we didn't see if there was an opening at their doctors. Umm urgent care for a reason!!!!
