Dr was rude and short with myself and the patient, my son. he snapped at me and then also said he didn't need antibiotics until you've had symptoms for 10 days. never heard of that. just over this place and their rude staff.

My daughter has visited this place two times. The providers are rude and stand in the hall and talk about the patients in the room. She heard one of the providers say, “I don’t like it when the patients ask questions because I don’t like to talk with them.” They called another patient fat. This is extremely unprofessional and not at all the service that a medical office should provide.

Horrible costumer service. paperwork not explained properly. not able to reach billing even after calling daily for a week they never returned my call. will never go again

I waited for 2 hours in a small room waiting for the provider despite the staff told me at check in that I will be seen shortly. I was in pain due to a minor accident. The provider stormed in and I dared to say that I’ve been waiting for 2 hours and I’m in pain. The provider started yelling at me talking about the short staffing. I asked her not to raise her voice on me then she went out of the room and yelled to the staff” I will not go back there” I left without exam and treatment. I took my son in for an ear pain and was told it would be a 3 hour wait at 5:45 (closes at 8 / simple math).There was one patient in the waiting room and probably some in the exam rooms, but we were told we also had to wait for people who checked in online. This is how a regular physician office is ran, not an IMMEDIATE care facility. If you can make an appointment and block a customer that is in the facility then what's the point of calling it IMMEDIATE CARE?

TERRIBLE!! Would not recommend. Waited for over 2 hours and then sat in the patient room for another 30. Left without being seen, for something that could be life threatening. Disgusting and dirty inside. Not to mention how rude and disgusting their employees are as well. NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY!!!!

My granddaughter was seen there on Saturday, March 24. She is 18 months old and not able to tell you exactly what hurts yet. She was fussy, not sleeping well and just overall showing signs of not feeling good. They tested her for flu.....but NOTHING else! Flu test was negative and so then the PA there proceeds to tell my daughter-in-law that its just teething.....without offering to check anything else as a possibility.
