If you would have asked prior to today if I recommended this location I would say absolutely. My previous experiences were great! Fast service and friendly staff. I have to give respect where respect is due. However, my experience today left me speechless. The woman at the front desk was rude when I called on the phone. Then when I arrived the rudeness escalated. Broken equipment that they couldn’t use but kept my money. Will never return
Took my kids yesterday. My son had ear ache and sore throat. My daughter just a sore throat she said think she just wanted the attention. they said nothing was wrong with my son They did throat swabs and I could tell the guy was going to get them mixed up by the way he was handling them. They said my son was fine my daughter had strep. Called back after we left and ask if maybe they got the swabs mixed up. Of course they said no. Went to Zebulon first, was refused service cause I didn't have $200. I have a broken toe on right foot. Reception lady tried. But finance refused to work with me to get treatment. . Then went to Wilson branch, have gone there since doors open and have brought in other customers. They refused me also, over the new policy . $200, YOU HAVE TO PAY OR YOU WON'T GET HELP.. PA was great; the 2.5 hour wait to see her wasn't. Lobby was freezing, people come in "ahead in line" which seems great in theory but not when your child is having coughing spasms for the entire 2.5 hour wait and doesn't understand why people are getting in ahead of her. She refuses to call this place anything but Carolina SlowCare after numerous 3hr visits.
You close in 40 minutes, Yet your door is locked. Why are you not letting patients in despite your door saying 8pm, and even your Facebook page saying you close in 40 minutes. Not happy at all.
