Bunch of bozos . Sent in the wrong prescriptions . This could have been really bad for someone who blindly trusts folks . Took hours for the receptionist to get off her ass and go talk to the PA that wrongfully prescribed them . Do your jobs.
Place is literally always closed. This is the second time I’ve been asked to return to have a TB skin test read on a day when they were closed. It appears they’ll also be closed here tomorrow, so now I have to go out of town AGAIN. Do not rely on this place. The other location in Rocky Mount is the same; my first issue was with that location. No point in having an urgent care facility in town that opens only when the employees feel like it.
Should call this place Slow Med. Been here waiting over an hour and was 3rd person in line. Ridiculous to have to wait 1 hr and 45 min for a urinalysis. This place is a joke.

Horrible! I went in because I had been running a low grade fever for 1.5 weeks and my PCP couldn’t work me in for about 3 days (weekend days also) Being smart I had taken some ibuprofen and of course didn’t have a fever when I got there to FastMed because it had come down. I had vitals checked and they were good. I asked for an X-ray, blood work...anything to figure out why I was running a fever. Doc took me out of work ordinary to get paid he hast to fill out paperwork work for my short term disability not yet have I got my paperwork and I need it or no money how you you get in touch with a cooperate office supervisor something????

These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE.
