Horrible! I came in at 8:15 and checked in online prior to coming. When I arrived I was the 2nd patient. The first patient wasn't even called back until 9:06. At 9:30 I was still in the waiting room. I left and wasn't seen because no one should have to wait like this! I can understand if there had been several patients ahead of me but that was not the case! Extremely slow. You may as well go to the ER. Even tho it was extremely slow, the on sunset was better than the one on Winstead, at least the receptionist was nicer. I won't be back to either one.
Sunset location was not on time. First one there waited till they showed up. Got in still after 9:00 before seeing a dr.
Took my brother to sunset fastmed at3:10pm He was seen at 7:15. That's a long wait
Usually we are in and out pretty fast but yesterday was a 2.5 hour wait but the staff was nice.
