Feathertouch dental care has a professional and courteous staff. They answer all my questions, and take time to listen to all my concerns. They are not rushing to do unnecessary treatment, which I deeply appreciate.
The office, dental staff and Dr, Ross all responded beautifully to an unplanned need to visit the office. A cap on a tooth popped off while I was flossing. I called the office and was told I could come in to wait for an opening. I was brought back to see Dr. Ross within 15minutes of my arrival and he fixed me up within another 10 minutes. Perfect. Thank you very very much.
I had a wonderful experience at Feathertouch. I am a denta-phobe, and have not been to the dentist in years - the anxiety would keep me from going even when I was suffering tooth loss and extreme pain. The staff was extremely kind and gentle and compassionate, and explained every procedure beforehand. I have extensive work that must be done, but feel as though I am on the road to a new healthy smile!

They were wonderful! They knew the dentist makes me uncomfortable and they were completely understanding and continued to make feel comfortable. I loved them! Not to mention they somehow made the gum test completely unpainful. I didn't even feel it!
