Prior to my retirement (2011) I lived in several metropolitan cities over the years. One of my previous dentist in Chicago was quite good at what he does to say the least. Quite frankly, I'm not as complimentary as I should be, BUT this group (Feathertouch Dental Care) are second to none with regard to their profession. What blows me away is the personalities and the consistency of the entire staff. I'd describe Dr. Ross and his staff as a great blend of confident and friendly. I always feel like I know what's going on. That makes my visits feel more like I'm taking good care of myself by trusting those good people rather than something I have to do just because...
The wait time was very short, and the staff was very friendly, but most importantly, they did a really great job!
Each member of the team really made me feel welcome...I usually hate visiting a detists office but the professionals, the team, and the office space itself put out good energy.
Dr. Shah and his staff are awesome. The new upgrades they have done to the office are great as well - especially the ability to now watch tv - the heated/massaging seat was quite the nice touch as well!
My experience was great as usual.
