The experience from the time I called to make my appointment with Calissa until I walked into the office and was greeted by a very nice young lady I hate I can not remember her name but I do know her birthday is September 17th because that is when my follow up appointment is.. .. The experience with the hygenist Lori to Dr.Ross was nothing more then a great experience..I am usually very nervous when I have a dental appointment but not at one time for this appointment ..And to leave and to be given flowers was a very awesome ... read more

Dr. Ross is very nice, every visit he makes you feel like your visiting family.
I would highly recommend anyone to feathertouch. I am there frequently and receive excellent service each time.
All personnel are pleasant (and in purple today!), knowledgeable, efficient. Particularly helpful to patients that estimated co-pay is provided and, of course, parking passes.
I was 20 minutes late, and the office was *very* busy, but still, I received cheery and competent attention. The staff accomplished what was possible in the limited time available and made a future appointment to take care of the rest. I find this dental practice to be very well prepared and also very good at adapting to unexpected situations.
