Dr Ross and his staff make a trip to the dentist as pleasant as it could possibly be.
I'm giving some tooth work another day or so to see if it's just right. My bite is only off an infinitesimal amount - probably too little worry about. Dr. Shah said to come back if it doesn't feel right. So far, so good.
My teeth look great! I was in and out in no time and the customer service was over the top! Thank you!
Who is not afraid of a needle going into your mouth? Today I went in and had work done and I did not feel the needle. This is not my first time at this office but I am always nervous. I appreciate the way that they don't seem annoyed at my nervousness and are always checking in with me during the procedure to make sure I am ok and I am not feeling any pain. Dr Don Ross continues to manage the finest, most caring and effective general dentistry practice I have ever used. It was a fairly simple visit: teeth-cleaning and xrays. All went very well.
It's never fun to visit a dentist, but the whole staff at this office are tremendously pleasant people--and competent, too.
The staff never seems to amaze me. I met Dr. Shaw and he was a very informative and easy to talk with. He is great! The staff is so professional and personable at the same time. I never thought I would say this about a dentist office in my life time but, I enjoyed my visit today. :)
Feathertouch Dental is the most professional and comfortable dental practice I have ever been to. I have been a patient for several years now and each time I am treated like a first time patient. I am very thankful for them and I appreciate the care they put into serving their patients.
