Always a fun & professional experience.
I had a great experience today. I was seen promptly , the staff was courteous and the place was very clean (which is VERY important to me). I felt everyone did a good job and everything was explained to me thoroughly. Nothing was pushed on me and I did not feel pressure to have any work done nor was any recommended that wasn't completely necessary. I highly recommend Dr. Ross as a great dentist.
REGARDING FEATHER TOUCH, FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF DR. ROSS. IT STARTED WHEN HE WAS ALONE WITH KIM HIS ASSISTANT AND OTHERS, AND HIS PRACTICE ALTHOUGH LIMITED WAS ALWAYS SOLID. I HAVE SEEN HIM GROW TO THE PRESENT STATUS WITH HIS EXPANSION AND WITH THE ARRIVAL OF DR. SHAH. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A CARING PERSON, GENTLE, VERY FRIENDLY AND COMMUNICATES CLEARLY WHEN NEEDED. From the time I set the appointment to the time I was ushered out to the front desk, where I was given a couple of long stem roses, my experience at this office was professional yet personable. I waited only a couple of minutes to see Dr. Ross, who was efficient in doing his work and attentive to my concerns. I highly recommend this office.
The service was excellent! The staff is always very professional and courteous. I look forward to going even when I'm having non-routine appointments. I would highly recommend Feathertouch Dental Care!
