From the first phone call to being greeted at the door, than going for xrays and speaking with the nurse and doctor. This was one of the best dental visits I've ever had. Superb customer service!
As usual everyone was super friendly, helpful and courteous. I've been a patient for five or more years and this has been the "MO" continuously. I believe everyone is genuine. Most importantly It's as near painless as u can get. 😀😀😀
Not only are ALL the Dentists at FeatherTouch first class, super-caring, devoted and Superior doctors (especially Dr. Kim 😉), but they have a Staff to match! I drive over to Atlanta from Alabama for their dental services (yep!😉 They are that good!)... My cousin Hope and my friends are FeatherTouch patients and we are ALL so impressed with this team! Wow! Wait time was longer for this appointment; however, the environment was clean as always. The atmosphere was pleasant as always. The staff was warm, friendly & accommodating; actually, this is one of a few places that STILL TRAIN their employees on the customer service that patients should be shown and what they expect of them as representatives of the dental group . . .
