Have 5 rescue furry friends in their care and had an emergencey with one of them during working hours and would not see because Dr. Citrino was backed up and ended up having to go to the Robinson emergencey vet in Yulee - avoid them at all costs. They showed no regard or care. Sad that such lack of care would be evident.

I scheduled a follow-up appointment with Dr. Easom for my cat who since her last visit had developed a bluish-black cyst inside her ear. Because of COVID I did not see Dr. Easom but provided her with a detailed list of my concerns, including a photo of the cyst. Because they don't care about your puppy, only about $$$. My dog almost die because they were booked and refused to see her. in a meantime I called another place and the Vet come immediately to see her on her day off. vets without a heart should not work in this field. I will never step there again!
