Because they don't care about your puppy, only about $$$. My dog almost die because they were booked and refused to see her. in a meantime I called another place and the Vet come immediately to see her on her day off. vets without a heart should not work in this field. I will never step there again!

Hi. This is as unfortunate for us as it is for you. This person doesn’t work for us. I’m as ofended as anyone by her comments and disappointed that her profile is somehow related to us.
I want to give my dissatisfaction with this animal clinic. My mother has been loyal to the animal clinic for over 20 years, we have taken every animal we ever had to be seen here. My mother in those 20 years have had about 7 different animals. Just recently she had to put down our beloved golden retriever Bailey due to him losing an outragous amount of weight and not eating and being in constant pain and medication not helping his pain.
