RecommendedOur dog was having a seizure, which is not normal behavior for her. She had had one two years ago, but has had a clean bill of health since then. When we called, Dr. Hart dropped everything and immediately got on the phone to walk us through the next steps. He was amazing, clam and sincere. He told us is she seems normal after, keep her home and just watch her for the rest of the evening. Finding Ferry Farm has been absolutely amazing for our family. I wish we found them years ago! We could not be more thankful for how the staff has treated our animals and how kind they have been to us. We have moved around and seen different vets and I have never been more pleased at the total excellence of care that has come from here.
Yesterday I had to take my very nervous and large dog in for exams and was worried about his behavior and stress. Everyone at ferry farms showed him kindness and patience and his doctor called me at every step and ruled out any unnecessary treatments. I picked up a very calm and secure boy after he spent 7 hours in their care. I'm so grateful that they were understanding and took time to help him and me through our anxiety over the visit.
You guys are the best!! Thank you for taking such good care of Red!!
They went out of their way to help us when we had to move overseas. Highly recommend!!!
