RecommendedYesterday I had to take my very nervous and large dog in for exams and was worried about his behavior and stress. Everyone at ferry farms showed him kindness and patience and his doctor called me at every step and ruled out any unnecessary treatments. I picked up a very calm and secure boy after he spent 7 hours in their care. I'm so grateful that they were understanding and took time to help him and me through our anxiety over the visit.

Everyone there is very caring with the pets, the vets are extremely professional and take the time to explain what's going on with your pet, and finally, they make a real effort to work you in because, after all, YOUR dog is the most important dog in the world! 🙂

Dr. Horricks is the only person we trust with our pups. She is extremely educated and thorough in the veterinarian industry. She even saved our golden with emergency surgery due to a bound up intestinal issue. The staff is also very courteous as well I highly recommend this place.
Dr Hart has been our primary vet for years. He has treated our pets for normal issues, maladies, senior problems, etc, and has also helped us and our pup Chewy through a bout of (fairly) rare cancer. He is great at diagnosing, and has great instincts. He has years of experience and I trust him completely. Our pets mean the world to us so I don't take their care for granted. I live in Spotsylvania so driving to Ferry Farm is not convenient but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been going to this clinic for years. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I see Dr. Horricks and she is AMAZING! I feel very comfortable leaving my fur baby in her hands. She always takes such good care of them and treats them like her own. I have recommended her to all my friends and family as well. I always have a good experience coming here and would highly recommend anyone looking for a vet clinic for their fur babies.
