I had Excellent services for my Gastroenterology center visit today. All providers were professional, efficient, friendly and adept at making my colonoscopy procedure a good experience. Advance Covid screening and registration added to the professional and pleasant treatment by all folks on Dr. Torre Morgan's team. the hospital sucks u wait in the waiting room for hours to be seen
The medical staff is very good, but the rooms in the standard ward are dreadful. The rooms were meant to be singles and are now doubles, and little or no accommodation has been made for the change. Perhaps in order to pay their CEO 6.5 million dollars a year, the hospital has cut corners, with the result that the rooms are an insult to their occupants. Unless you require the services provided in the ICU or step down wards, I recommend that you find another hospital.
Please How many septic patients who need ICU gonna be blocked admission at MAH? God bless families afflicted by MAH

If only I could give 0 stars. From flying cockroaches aka waterbugs to unclean messy floors, to the horrible stenches. This place is the worst. The staff is horrible from nurses to doctors to even the non speaking English people working in the cafeteria where the food is worse than a highschool cafeteria food. This is food I wouldn't even serve the homeless!!!. I need to know why the higher ups aren't doing anything about this old decrepit facility. It's old and outdated. I had pneumonia on my left side I couldn't move I was in so much pain. I went to the ER and one of the nurses there was very rude to me. She told me to move to another gurney and I couldn't do it by myself. She yelled at me saying please move to the other gurney. I can't believe she was so nasty. The other doctors and nurses were nice. I know that being in the medical field is stressful but if you are going to be nasty to sick patients then you shouldn't be in the medical field.

I had a really sad experience after my operation. Just 2 hours after my surgery, still recovering before I go to the room, one of the nurses was really rude with me , force me to get up to go to the bathroom, I was in so much pain , I was unable to move my legs.she asked me to sit in the weel chair , I couldn't do it alone I tried to hold her arm and she said, No,no,no don't hold my arm , you have strong arms you ca do it.
