i was a patient at mount auborn on 12/19/22 the emergency room doctor was very rude and nasty twards me he had a attitude and was not friendly at all
If I could give zero stars I would. I went into the ER at Mount Auburn at the recommendation of my pcp who thought I was having an issue with my gallbladder on Monday. They did tests on me and nothing came up. I was in severe pain and they basically pushed me out of the emergency room and told me to go home. As they read the discharge notes saying when to come back to the ER, I said to the nurse "but I'm feeling all of those" she told me they couldn't do anything about it and made me sign the release and leave. Old dirty hospital where they will lie about procedures being screenings or covered and then bill you entirely different for thousands of dollars. Filing a complaint or asking for it to be reviewed appears to be a 6 month waste of time.
Never clean the room or switch sheets for 5 days. Waiting for nurses a long time
patients and staff are treated horrible. unhappy place to be, everyone working there looks miserable. no one stops to help or even say hello or hold open the door. worst hospital experience ive ever had
My experiences here were (1)maternity having my second child, and (2)going through the ER for appendicitis. The nursing in both the ER and especially Labor and Delivery were unprofessional. In the maternity the nurses were immature and catty, mocking one patient's family - not what I needed to hear. Food is good and facilities are clean, and it's sad tjat's the best thing I have to say about the place. Did I mention the nurse in the ER wouldn't help me find a doctor when the PA was clueless...?
