We used Fichtner on a recommendation of a friend after we were assessed for storm damage. Everything from the first contact by Shane the estimator, to Bob the production manager, to Ray the supervisor has been timely. We recently had our 27yr old roof, windows & skylights replaced by Fichtner Services several weeks ago. They did a fantastic job. Nolan did a great job keeping us informed through the whole process. The staff was on time, did a great job and left the work site clean. We are very happy with the work we had done & will be using Fichtner Services in the future.
Fichtner Services placed a metal roof on an addition several years ago and we liked their services. Today we had our house finished...a complete shingle roof. All work was completed in 1 day . . . amazing job, and cleanup was spotless. I recommend Fichtner for all their services. We are having them powerwash our home soon!

I needed to replace my roof and siding that had sustained damage during high wind and rain storms. I contacted Fichtner for the work because they had done excellent work for me in the past. Mike was very thorough about the details and costs of the new roof and siding. The crews and supervisors were excellent. Professional, respectful and willing to answer any questions I had. Fichtner Services replaced my roof in one day. They showed up exactly when they said they would, did excellent work and cleaned up the entire area when they were done. The new roof looks terrific and the workmanship is quality.
