Fichter Services, Odenton, Maryland was excellent in all facets - quality, safety, customer service, price, ..., on residential projects for us in 2013 and 2017. The 2013 project was a one-day garage roof shingle replacement. The 2017 project was a three-day house roof shingle replacement, soffit and fascia repair and replacement and gutter replacement. The Fichter managers and crew completed the 2017 project on schedule despite many hidden challenges in our 1920's oft renovated Eastport Annapolis home.

We got several quote to replace our roof. Fichtner was the last company in and stood head and shoulders above the rest with their straight forward info, quote, options. They were very responsive to questions while picking shingle color and when the crew arrived to replace the roof the foreman, Ray, and the crew went above and beyond. They finished in one day and even left the magnet roller for a few extra days so we could use it as well-lots of kid and dog feet in our yard. Thanks Fichtner for a smooth professional project.
