Ebone’ Anderson, a Financial Center Specialist at the Baton Rouge Office was amazing in every way! First, she called to welcome me to the bank! That was a bonus! She answered all the questions I had. This made me feel much more comfortable since this is my first time banking with Fidelity, and I opened an online account. Oh gosh, was I nervous about that.
