I have had such a horrible time getting help from my house insurance to get checks to pay for my hurricane ida damage, My mortgage is through fidelity so with every check headache I’ve had to get fidelity to endorse the check. Today I had to go back again after the insurance company “accidentally” stopped payment and reissued another check and had to get that signed, I was already stressed and upset, I left my drivers license at the bank and was already back in Gonzales when I realized. I had a talk with Ms.Ebone’Jackson and she explained everything to me ! She took the time out to answer all of my questions and she had a answer for them all.she gave me that push that I needed cause I was ready to give up on my dream of being a home owner. I have been banking with Fidelity for over 7 years. The service, professionalism and they go the extra mile even on the small requests. Abby is fantastic and so is Rebecca!

Great experience very shocked at the help I received unlike other banks that rush you out the door. I had a terrific Banker Eboni whom helped me set up my Daughters survivors benefit account from social security witch I was in able to do on my own. On Fidelity website.!she took her time and worked through the glitches. Very Thankful .
