Only issue was the wait for pick up, I landed around 10:00 and wait close to 20 minutes for a shuttle.

Great picking me up on the lot. Terrible on my return to the terminal. Always have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for a bus at terminal c. You never have them staging and waiting like the other companies do

Very timely. However, the busses were VERY hot taking me to the airport and also on my return. You need better air conditioning.

Good overall trip using valet service. You are quick to pick me up when I drop my car off which really helps as usually I am on a tight schedule to board my flight
