Usually Fine has been great for me, this last trip was frustrating (not a deal killer though) the bus took 27 minutes to arrive at terminal B IAH. Those things happen but it did ass to the frustration on the rest of the ride. When the bus arrived it was filled to capacity with one open seat that I took. The others in the bus were all airport workers getting off shift. Great service in drop off at IAH in special accessible shuttle car. On return to parking lot Driver did Not tie down scooter in shuttle car AND driver drove to fast and in a hurry for some reason.

I used your Valet services twice over the weekend, Friday and Saturday. I was dropping off at IAH. I was extremely pleased with how your online reservation(s) and our drop off and pickup availability was handled. Valet Service was professional, all of the four bus drivers we had were again professional, friendly and extremely helpful in loading/unloading our bags. I will use your services again!!
