Currently been waiting for 15 minutes on a Tuesday night. Called to be told it will be 7-10 minutes. There needs to be more shuttles running bc parking spot and eco park have come and gone multiple times and rn the line for fine parking is about 15 ppl deep.

I purchased my parking in advance and had my receipt when I checked in to park. The arm went up automatically and the lady in the booth said that I didn't need to scan anything because it read my license plate...I thought, OK Then on my return when trying to leave, none of my QR codes opened the gate and I was told I had to wait 20 minutes before I was finally cleared to leave.

The airport definitely needs upgrades. I flew American Airlines. I had to walk a long way to get to the gate. The walking was not the problem. The fact that I walked 10 minutes and could use a restroom was unbelievable. Maybe it has always been this way in this terminal. This was my first time flying American Airlines. I generally fly United and/or Southwest. Anyhow, with that being said, upgrades are needed. No airport in America makes travelers walk 10 minutes before finding a restroom.

Well first off, I do enjoy that most spots are covered and the fact that you are picked up and dropped off at your car. However, being an employee at IAH, I find it to be very frustrating that we have to stop off at all terminals and wait for both passengers and crew members to disembark and re-enter the bus along with waiting to get their luggage on and off the bus. I’ve been parking at this lot for 15 years starting with Fat Park and Relax, followed by Pre-Flight and now Fine. I’d say this is the complete opposite of Fine at its best. Even though they charge at par with some of the premium lots, they skimp on running the shuttles. Average time to pick up at the lot is about 20-30 min and at the airport it’s about 30 min unless you are lucky. A very rude employee at the gate. As a first-time parker at this facility, she was disrespectful and unhelpful with questions. The driver made up for it to some extent with her courtesy, but I won't return here.
