A very rude employee at the gate. As a first-time parker at this facility, she was disrespectful and unhelpful with questions. The driver made up for it to some extent with her courtesy, but I won't return here.

The ladies at the entrance should have more charisma and amiability towards the employees that park at Fine parking, the treatment is not the best and sometimes the shuttles are not called right aways to pick us up, even when they are all lined up and available in row G, when we first get to the parking lot. Also, the ladies that answer the phone (not sure if the call will get directed to the entrance or the main office) should be more patient and understanding with the guests, we cannot see where the shuttles are, since the... read more

Well perhaps you could better train your drivers to be polite. Plus I can only describe the driving experience "on this trip" as excessively reckless. Several passengers noted that the driver seemed angry. Furthermore it was remarkable hpw.fast she was driving through your lot.

I had a horrible driver named Marcus. I’m hoping he was just sleepy and not on drugs. He was all over the road and not able to maintain a lane. Very dangerous driving, accelerating and stopping short. The location is great, well lit, and close to airport.

Always a long wait for a bus. From the yard or from the terminal. The machines that give receipts is broken way too often. Was so much better before the sale to Fine.
