Everything went smoothly. I am still a little puzzled by the valet offering. I booked the option because I arrived at the parking on the Sunday on Memorial day weekend and I knew the parking will be mostly full and I did not want to spend time to find a spot. That said I have no interest to have someone else to park my car as seat would have to be adjusted most likely for something I can do myself in 1 minute. Also I do not see the point of leaving my key (way more secure and easy to have it with me for peace of mind). I lik... read more

The wait for a shuttle at the terminal was 15 to 20 minutes. The wait should not be more than 5 min.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fine airport parking was convenient, safe, and stress-free. The lot is easy to find, check-in and check-out Valet is so convenient and quick, and the shuttle service ran right on time. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which made the whole process smooth. It gave me peace of mind knowing my car was in a secure place while I traveled. Highly recommend for anyone flying out of IAH airport
