Transfer to and from the facility and/or from the airport is timely. No longer than a 10 minute wait. The vehicles are always well maintained and clean. drivers are friendly.

Great service! There were plenty of spaces in the garage, and the shuttle was there waiting to take us to the airport. When we returned, the shuttle was at the airport waiting to take us back to the garage. Everything was seamless, with no wait time.

I’m thinking y’all got a new driver or two. The wait has been a little bit better in recent weeks. I’ve parked here for 15 plus years and for a while the wait has been terrible. Drivers are lying and saying it’s a shift change, I know better. But it seems like it’s improving. I do feel safe here and that’s one reason I’ve stayed.

Friendly drivers Did not have to wait a long time for pick up and drop off. Only concern is high cost compared to other companies.

Super easy figuring out where to go and park and get in and out of the garage and it was great. I only waited a couple minutes and the van was out there to pick me up to take me back to my vehicle when I got home. I thought it worked well
