Everything was great. We used the valet service. Had the car ready, handled our luggage, had water for us, and gave us roses. Will use again.
Experience was fine but you could run more busses to keep up with the demand. Usually the bus to the airport is packed with people. In July I also had to wait at least 10-15 mins for a bus to arrive, both dropping off and picking up.
The customer service was very helpful when barcode to exit was missing from my email by resending on time.
