I loved it a lot. It was clean. It was safe. I love the ease of the shuttle and the courtesy of the drivers. The only confusing thing was I booked through Rightway Parking and saw no signs directing me to the fifth floor for right away parking but next time I will know

It was ok. We had to wait almost 15 minutes for a bus. I called and was told only had 2 drivers. The other buss were coming back to back.

My whole family loves your service. Cold water, coffee, snacks, popcorn, and fresh roses are all complimentary in the lobby. We really enjoyed it!

It was all easy to enter with your loyalty bar code and then exit the garage. Parking was easy and the clerk was polite with a question I had about having to switch a vehicle to park since the original vehicle listed, in the reservation, was in the dealership for repair.

The parking is very conveniently located to the airport making it easy to park and catch a flight. Fairly clean. Shuttle buses are ready to jump on and drivers are friendly, helpful and courteous. Only negative is parking spaces are very tight, probably the same at all park and ride businesses. All in all, good experience.

Easy access and great customer service. The detail job was impressive. Bus was there right on time and vehicle was pulled to door by the time we arrived which was less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend

Easy online space rental. Nice facility. Quick bus pickup to take us to airport. Little bit slow on return but it was a holiday weekend. Overall, very satisfied.
