It was an OK evening in a nice atmosphere. Service very polite but unexperienced. The menue leaves only limited choices. Overall the food is good but nothing exceptional.
Great Italian food! Fun ambiance - decorated just places like in Rome. Good, fast service on a busy night. We sat inside but outside would've been outstanding.
Great location at National Harbor and the decor was great. Food was good, although nothing spectacular.
We were greeted with an acknowledgement of our anniversary and that they were glad we chose their restaurant to celebrate our special day. From then on, we were made to feel very special. The service, the food, the drinks, the attention to detail...the whole experience was superb! We will be back and highly recommend Fiorella.
Excellent service and wonderful for a nice evening meal.
Excellent sauce on the "open-faced lasagna," though the wife really took issue with the fact that the thinness of the bake made the outer lasagna noodles crispy (a little jarring for that sort of dish -- made it pizza-like). They delivered my scotch and soda with a lime (they obviously don't serve a lot of scotch -- major no-no). But the Caesar salads were great, the ambiance was noisy but appropriate for this style of restaurant. Overall, was good without being anything more than a decent chain-restaurant experience.
Food was great and came in large portions...Too bad I was staying at a hotel so I couldn't take left overs. The service was DREADFUL! Our waiter made us bus our own table, pour our own wine, and awkwardly only addressed one person in the group to see if the meals were good. They also brought out the main course while we were still eating our apps and instead of apologizing, they made us shift around the plates so everything could fit on the table and get cold while we finished our apps. This was actually not our first choice but I could not have been happier in the end! It was great to meet up with old friends from out of town who were here for a conference, and the food at Fiorella's made it even better. Everything was creative and delicious. It would have been better if the server had made clear how incredibly large the portions are - good for sharing, especially for people staying in National Harbor hotels. Luckily, I was able to take the leftovers home. I would definitely return.
Our server made the experience wonderful.
