There is a lot of great choices on the menu. The atmosphere of the restaurant was quiet (mostly because we dined on a holiday, but I am certain if we dined on a normal day it would’ve been lively and energetic). Our family went on Christmas day and found it to be a festive and lively place. The food was reasonably priced and very good. We appreciated all the servers that worked on Christmas Day, and found our service to be very good. Our waiter was really hustling all around his tables and I thought he did a great job.
Yummy food, really super great service, friendly staff! We were there Christmas Day and everything was perfect!!!! If I had to add constructive feedback it would be to just update the furniture. That’s it! It’s otherwise a super great restaurant and I have a full happy belly! We are a family with 2 small children and fared very well. No complaints at all. I highly recommend Fiorella Italian Kitchen!

The chicken Parmesan, bread and lasagna were quite tasty. I’d definitely recommend this place. The service could have been better like providing suggestions and discussing menu items. It would also have been better if the server would stop to check rather than me continuously asking for things like cutlery, pepper, refills etc.
Our server wasn't aware we were seated so we didn’t get spoken to until 15 minutes after we were seated. The food and service after we were seated was fantastic. It was noisy because we were seated outside and there were machines in use to put up the outside Christmas tree. All in all, a great place to eat!

I only disliked the fact that due to traffic we arrived at 5:24 (our reservation was for 5:15. I messaged them ahead and was told "Your table is gone because it's been fifteen minutes." It had not been fifteen minutes in total, they did find us another table-- but I was surprised that they gave the original table away so quickly.
