The process was smooth and easy despite the fact that I was lacking some documentation and relatively ill-prepared. Angelina made the process pleasant and quick while thoroughly explaining everything that I needed to know. I felt like family.

Needed a new debit card and the teller was helpful with my deposit and then directed me to the Branch Manager for my new card. Guadalupe was helpful and very knowledgeable. She updated me on new services/offers the credit union has. She also answered my questions about home equity loans.
