I have to tell you about this Amazing 1st central employee!! Her name is Illiana!! I hope i spelled her name right. This lady is Absolutely #1 in my book...why....because, when I went in to the Bellmead location she waited on me. I was a little upset at some of the things that transpired earlier that day via telephone call to this company but she took everything I said to her & handled everything I needed with so much grace & class, not to mention all of her knowledge of the business!!
