From June 22 - 25, I went to 1st Credit Union (CU) in Queen Creek to deposit money into Share Branching from my account in San Tan Valley, AZ to my account at the Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union in Kailua-Kona, HI. It seemed like the entire 1st CU staff was on my side to resolve this issue. I wish I had known about credit unions earlier. The staff here is great. They are friendly, provide good service and advice. Usually, after a short while, they also remember your name. Try that in a big bank. They have all the services of a big bank and the customer service that you want from a business.

puppies first credit Union for I don't know my entire baking life I used to have it in Philadelphia and I still have an Arizona so used to is the wrong word. so I scored pretty high because I've had it for a long time I like credit Unions, but there are few issues that I always had with first credit Union. I have been with this credit union since 1988. Have used offices in Flagstaff, Tucson and Scottsdale, but this is my "home" office. They have always been VERY helpful with my needs, including dealing with an Ohio Credit Union within the network. LOVE doing my everyday banking with them! Personable and knowledgeable staff. Rarely more than a 5 minute wait for anything.

I recently became part of the First Credit Union family and I'm happy I did. My dealings with Ericka and Holly were great. I also visited the branch in Chandler and they were awesome. I was provided excellent service and was made to feel welcomed. Ericka is part of the management team and took the time to send me a welcome card with a personal thank you/welcome message and a gift. I really appreciate receiving first class service.

This location is right next to my work and is incredibly convenient. I have been a member of this bank for 6+ years after converting from Satan's Lair (BofA). They are incredible as a banking establishment. I have been VERY happy with this company as a whole. Unfortunately my boyfriend handles the finances so I do not have the specifics on his experience (look for Seann C.) but we have adored them and they have gotten to know us personally at the Tempe location. 0 stars. They were the company my car note went through. Then they offered me a 0 interest credit card so I said sure. It's been 6 months I've called 4 times never once received a credit card but it shows up on my credit score and my account info. No clue where it is everytime I call in they say management will call but over 6 months calling occasionally I've never heard anything back a single time.
