So BAFCU was bought out by them. The transition is hell. They've pulled money out of my account twice in an attempt to "adjust the withdrawal", and both times they've fixed their mistake, because it was unnecessary. Now it's happened again, and it's put me in negative. What's worse is you try to call and they just don't ever get to you. Even if you sign up for the call back. Awful awful bank. Do not Get a loan from here!! I have got a loan for my car. they charge you to make payments over the internet and by phone! the only way to make a payment is to walk it in or mail it. Walking in a paymayment they make feel like a criminal. They call the main brant to see if its okay for you to make a payment on your loan! They lost my doable payment of 886.00 Telling me it was never received. Which I put it in the night deposit. I had to cancel my check of course it cost me money... =(

Don't ever come to this location to pay someone else's car payment because if you don't know the address but you have your ID last 4 of your social and the account number they will turn you away from making the payment! Be sure don't try to pay other people's bills if you're trying to commit fraud here people.

My father died and I needed to transfer his IRA and I spent an hour trying to work out what to do. The woman I talked to spent 45 minutes on the phone with me sitting at her desk while she ignored me. I spoke to three people and the only one who said they were sorry for my loss was the manager who dropped by for 5 minutes to see why I was so upset. All-in-all, I hope none of you have to work with these people while you're in greif.
