I had all of the carpet in my home cleaned by First Impressions. The previous owners had cats and we are allergic. The technician thoroughly cleaned the carpets and now we feel a lot better!
We have been using First Impressions for at lest 10 years. They clean our carpets, furniture and the white grout in our tile at least once a year. They have always done an excellent job, and the results have never been anything other than top notch. While all of that is wonderful, it's the customer service that really sets them apart. We have a beautiful 5x8 oriental rug in our family room. And it has been a source of pride. But then our lab Katie decided one night to get into the pantry and eat a 5 pound bag of raw potatoes. By the time we arose the next morning, Katie had deposited two very large piles of partially digested potatoes on our beautiful rug. Not only did it stink, but it soaked into the fibers and left some very nice brown spots.
