Not only did Kurt and crew do a great job on my carpet and rugs, I also needed a professional crew to clean customer's carpets. I needed someone who was thoroughly vetted, able to handle tough stains, and someone I could trust to show up for appointments. I've never had an issue with First Impressions and have never had a call-back from any of my customers.

My rugs had not been cleaned in 30 years. though not used that whole time we have had dogs over the years They came out absolutely beautiful with no odors. One is a silk/cotton blend I was afraid to clean due to its age. It looks new!!! I have a couple more I would definitely trust them with that are headed their way soon
