Staff is friendly, knowledgable, and willing to explain to and assist you. Firstlight is a large credit union like GECU. But Firstlight treats each individual as if the credit union was small and was family. I'm glad the long lines are being managed now.

I really was content with everyone who I talked to they were very helpful. The only thing I think you all should fix is when it comes to sending a picture of your driver's license though the link you'll provide it's very hard to do. I had to get asistentes from a bank teller and she had hard time too but we were able to do it.
