I had a phone call appointment at 1:30 but she called me about 10 minutes later and she apologized for calling late but said she got caught up with another call, any way she answered all my questions and told me what I needed to hear and said if I needed anything else to call back. All-in-all I was satisfied with the follow-up.
Every staff member I have encountered has been extremely polite and quick to give me the service that I need. I am especially grateful to Mr. Phillip Boyd my financial advisor.
