Noone welcomed me upon walking in. Had to schedule an appt for any sort of service? No walk-ins. I was going to get an auto loan but just because of them not being ready to provide customer service on a walk-in basis, I went somewhere else.

I made a deposit to my savings with a cashier's check in the amount of $65,000.00 the teller proceeded to tell me that I had $5,000.00 available to me and the rest would go on hold for 10 days. Now I use to work there as a teller and I know for a fact that a cashier's check is money I cannot get a cashier's check if I do not have the money available as I proceeded to let you teller know he replied to me that it was not his decision but his manager. Which I thought was rude by him and the manager. Thank you,
