RecommendedThis was a rare experience when dealing with NM contractors. The estimator was professional. Really a pleasant person to deal with. He over saw the job and was available for any questions. The crew was outstanding. They showed up on time and did a professional installation. Nice guys who did a little extra to the area I thought was the source of the leak. The office staff was also a joy to work with. Now, I made back modifying this review after the first big rain.
Fix My Roof LLC came with the roof warranty on our home. We have had two annual inspections with them They are timely and thorough. Last year there were a few things to be done, this year things were looking good. It's great to have the peace of mind that the sky will not fall.
In Oct of 2022, I had Fix My Roof apply a new silicone roof on my house. They assisted me on every level aswering questions etc. Their excellent work and professional attitude was fantastic. In Oct 2023, they showed up to inspect the roof -- easy, no hassle! (btw the roof was still great)! I would recommend their services!

We had to manage this roof replacement remotely as we were out of town during the job, but everything happened as planned, and we were pleased with the work after a later inspection. The estimator also noticed some hail damage and suggested we make an insurance claim to which we were entitled. This helped us out quite a bit, and, not being native Santa Feans, we might have missed this needed insurance work.
Andy and the crew are the best contractors that I have ever worked with in my life! I have worked lots of contractors because i am old. The process was explained in detail. The field crew was delightful, on time, and explained exactly what was to happen step by step. They were mindful of the property and cleaned up any extraneous debris, which there was very little. If every contractor and crew was like Fix My Roof's, life would be easy! And, we have a gorgeous, snow white, new roof!

I had my roof replace by fix my roof and would highly recommend them. Installed a latex roof replacing the tar and gravel and they did a great job. They also replaced skylights which look great.
