RecommendedFMR did a fabulous job with our complicated roof. I had many installers come give estimates and Andy definitely knows roofing. Worked with me around both solar and mini- split roof installations without ever making me feel like I was a pain-in- the-a__ customer.Love the silicone! Also they have been responsive to maintenance requests. I referred them for our daughter's house and they have gone above and beyond to help deal with an insurance issue. Great crew!!!!! They give you an honest up front in writing estimate of the scope of work - and are extremely helpful about creating fixes on a roof that shouldn't need fixes- but the company who installed it is NOTHING like Fix My Roof, so now you need help. And they do just they say that will. When they say they will, and someone from the Co. inspects the job , and if they find something they're not satisfied with, bring the guys back to the job, and make it better. Fix My Roof is totally pro company. They have done periodic quality checks of the roof and even did some patching of my stucco (no charge) because we had a leak and the stucco folks were booked up. Can't recommend them highly enough. Oh and BTW, since we got our white roof, we haven't had to use a swamp cooler or air conditioning any more. Maybe a couple weeks with a few portable fans but temp has dropped considerably in our home.

I had a really good experience with FMR last summer when they replaced my entire roof.. Andy & John are awesome! Super easy to communicate with, responsive, kind, considerate & very professional & my roof looks amazing with no leaks during this long monsoon season.
