This is our second move with Flatrate. This move was a large interstate move from NY to Martha’s Vineyard and Flatrate was amazing. They handled all logistics perfectly for this three day move, which included taking a ferry to the island. They packed, loaded, and unloaded without a hitch. Our items, including our high valuable items, arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Flatrate for all moves, large and small.Â

Very professional company/team. Matthew came in-person to assess the cost. He was super helpful and provided great insight. Price was reasonable and everything worked out as described. Adelfo and his team was super professional, wrapped everything with care and diligence. Couldn’t find a better service or moving company. Highly recommend to anyone who is moving long distance or local. They are amazing they did both of my moves at the same time.Â

The gentlemen packing didn’t label the boxes correctly and many of the items were not wrapped-just placed in boxes. The lead moved reminded me that I could provide a tip. I didn’t appreciate that. I don’t remember who assisted meÂ
